ICD Ultra- New Tablet PC running on Android

icd-ultra-android-tablet_1ICD had launched another tablet PC after the ICD Vega Tablet PC they launched earlier. This new Tablet PC is called the ICD ULTRA. The ICD Ultra features a 7 inch touchscreen LCD display and NVIDIA’s Tegra T20 Chipset.

The system comes with 512MB RAM and 512 MB NAND memory, a non-removable 4GB SD card and a micro SD card slot for memory expansion. It also features a 1.3megapixel web camera, built in 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi connectivity, a 3G connection plus, an accelerometer and an ambient light sensor. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack, dual digital microphones, FM radio and Bluetooth 2.1. The battery life for ICD ultra is 4 hours and it also features a mini HDMI port. It runs on Android 2.0 Éclair and is 186x158x18mm in dimension. There is no information about the availability and price at the moment.
